Cottonelle and the Clean Care Routine

This one is a little different for me. My latest sample and share with Crowdtap was for Cottonelle toilet paper and wipes! I know it sounds funny, but it is amazing how excited you can get over free toilet paper! It is nice to get something that you normally spend quite a bit of money on for free to try out. So for my sample I received an 18 pack of Cottonelle's new Clean Care toilet paper, two small 4-packs to share, and three tubs of their Fresh Care wipes (two to share, one for me).

My first impression was that toilet paper was toilet paper...always the same right? Well I guess not! I had been using some stuff I got for super cheap at Walgreens to tide me over until I found another good sale. I couldn't believe the difference in quality with Cottonelle! I found myself taking huge amounts of the paper because I was used to the cheap stuff that would just fall apart. Cottonelle is really thick and soft, and it has a great weave pattern that makes it so you don't need to use so much. I find myself going through the roll much slower, because it is so thick and of great quality compared to the other brands I had used before.

Cottonelle is on the left, the weave pattern works great!

The wipes were the hard part for me. They are never something I had thought of using or even had a desire to try. Just a little too embarrassing I guess. After trying them, they do make me feel fresh and clean. They smell fantastic. I like to open the pack and just smell them! It is a very soft, floral smell. I wish I could get the scent in an air freshener!

Overall, the wipes work great and do what they are supposed to do. I actually like to use them for a different purpose... I like to keep them in the kitchen because I use them when I have sticky hands and need to wipe them off quick. They work great because they don't leave much residue and have just the right amount of moisture.

So Cottonelle has won me over. I was happily surprised by the quality their products, and I think I'll be spending a little extra money on my bathroom supplies from now on to get the product that I appreciate and know will last longer in the end.

I received these products for free through Crowdtap in return for my review. The products were free, but the thoughts are my own. :)
